I started Hale Plumbing in 2009 after ten years with one of the big national firms. I was tired of customers waiting three days for a callback, so we do it differently. You ring, you get me or Jess in the office, and you get a time.
There are four of us now, all Gas Safe registered, all DBS checked, and all living within ten minutes of Altrincham. We quote a fixed price in writing before we start, we put dust sheets down, and we leave the place cleaner than we found it.
Most of our work comes from people who have used us before, or whose neighbours have. We would like to keep it that way.
Boiler packed in on a Sunday night in January. Dan answered, talked me through resetting it, and was round first thing Monday when that did not work. New boiler in by Wednesday. Could not fault them.

Most combi swaps we do come in between £2,195 and £3,200 fitted. It depends on the boiler and how much pipework needs moving. We come out, have a look, and give you a fixed price in writing. That is the price you pay.
Do you charge a call-out fee?

For emergencies, yes. £95 covers the call-out and the first hour of work. Quotes and booked jobs have no call-out charge.
How quickly can you get to me?

For emergencies in Altrincham, Hale and Sale we are usually with you within two hours. Services and smaller jobs are normally booked within the week.
How do I know you are really Gas Safe registered?

Our Gas Safe number is 561247. You can check it on the Gas Safe Register website, and every engineer carries their Gas Safe ID card. Ask to see it. We will not mind.
